Synopsis

Stage 1 is a project by Brian A. Seklecki to restore and renovate a home within the City of Pittsburgh under the URA 's Housing Recovery Program utilizing Environmentally Sustainable building methods and resources.

Goals

• Residential Urban Redevelopment in a blighted neighborhood
• Obtain USGBC LEED Residential Draft Certification
• Participate in the Pittsburgh URA HRP Funding Process
• Utilize Sustainable and Environmentally Friendly Processes & Resources
• Feature certain showcase green technologies

Status

Stage 1 is in a research & development status. We are searching for a recovery opportunity in Real Estate market. I am working with my realtor Erin Marton with Howard Hanna

• June 2007: Project Begins (Green House DC Trip)
• July 2007: Initial Property Search
• September 2007: Engaged Realtor
• October 2007: Web Site Established
• November 2007: Present Full Time Opportunity Searching
