The Sprout Fund and the Sprout Seed Award is a philanthropic grant fund for projects that improve the life of young people in the region. I have previous submitted Sprout Seed grant applications for various F/OSS projects with WPLUG. They may be a resource for future urban redevelopment projects.

These two brands may be pseudo-brands that exist only as meta-brands within the Lumber Liquidators supply chain. They do not appear to actually be companies (according to web research) – which is cause for concern about the business practices of LL. Lumber Liquidators is a hardwood wholesale operation (in origin) with retail operations in many states; They resell two or three vendors of Cork and Bamboo as potential alternatives to Artemis and/or Marmoleum. I cant find any details on them: Lisbon Cork and Eco Bamboo. LL sponsors / under wrights NPR

Revisiting from earlier post regarding Rainwater Barrels instantiated page for the Nine Mile Run Watershed,a non-profit responsible for maintaining water quality of tributaries and aquifer. NMRW is responsible for waterworks in the south-eastern region of Allegheny County. The Rainwater Barrel program is run by NMRW, and acts as a source of funding (along with membership).
